Umoja™ Spheres are the first spheres designed specifically for use as contact-poi heads. 

     • Made of medical grade, non-toxic, USA produced vinyl plastic.

     • All parts manufactured in New England.

Adjustability:

Umoja spheres are the most adjustable contact poi heads currently available anywhere. The included Umoja cartridges hold up to 4 weights and hide excess lengths of tether – at any time, the cartridge can be removed, mass can be added, subtracted, or redistributed, and the stopper knot on the tether can be moved up or down to change its length.

Total Head Mass:

     • Empty weight: 120g

     • No Ballast (cartridge only): 130g (4.6oz)

     • With 1 Slug: 160g (5.6oz)

     • With 2 Slugs: 190g (6.7oz)

     • With 3 Slugs: 220g (7.8oz)

Durability:

No more glued slits or drilled holes in stageballs! Since these balls are designed from the ground up as poi heads, they don't have to be modified with knives, drills and glue, so they last much longer.

Compatibility:

In addition to Umoja ballast capsules, Umoja Spheres accept Spinoptic™ LED modules and are used by flowtoys to make Flowmoja Contact Poi with PodPoi™ LED capsules.
